Shockingly amazing service

My machine stopped working after 3 or 4 weeks, I emailed them and they arranged immediately for it to be collected from my home and then the next morning I got an email saying the machine is faulty and they are replacing it with a new unit and they sent it out almost immediately. In today's time with such bad customer service... This was amazing service.... Almost shocking that it was so brilliant.... Thank you
