item not working

I bought a very expensive thenometer from them at the baby expo in 2014. The item has never worked correctly. It either shows a error or give wrong readings. When my baby got his first fever the thenometer showed he had no fever and give numerous different readings. I am very unhappy. This is my baby's life!!!!
