Excellent service and Beurer team in South Africa

I bought a Beurer nebulizer last year Sept 2021 for our whole family and somehow it just stopped nebulizing. We bought it over Takealot so I googled how to go about to service/check it out and emailed them. Belinda immediately rep**** to my email, arranged courier to be serviced, they inspected and found what the problem was. It was about 3 days and everything was sorted ito me sending it in to receiving it back. The package was neatly wrapped, they even replaced the part and cleaned and serviced it free of charge since it was under warrantee. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anybody. World class service.
