Blood pressure device junk

I purchased the wrist blood pressure monitor with bluetooth. It never worked and kept giving the same error message. Furthermore, the bluetooth was never able to connect. Customer service wanted to know at what point the data transfer got interrupted. Apparently unable to understand that there was never any data to transfer. Total waste of money!
