Beulah Auto provides poor service
I bought a 2008 VW Jetta V 1.9TDi from Beulah Auto in Montana, Pretoria on the 27th of January 2015. When I fist inspected the car on the 24th of January 2015, I noticed that the license disc has expired, but the Sales man Kenny Jordaan stated that they will sort out the Roadworthy Test and I will need to do the license and registration in Johannesburg where I reside.

Currently they have only supp**** me with a temporary permit and a copy of the Registration papers with the previous owners as the Title Holders, so meaning that the Registration Papers need to be sent in for Dealer Stock. I have been well informed that this process takes only a day, since the 27th of January 2015 I have not received any papers from Beulah Auto. Kenny Jordaan and their proxy Adele, they have submitted the documents at the license department in Pretoria on the 27th of January 2015, but apparently there was a back log at the department and the latest feedback is that there is no ink to print the papers.

I think this dealership does not care about me because they have already received their money, I really just want the Original Registration Document as well as the roadworthy certificate a.s.a.p.
