Poorly managed matter

Matter was set down for 1st September. Affidavit was not completed and matter had to be postponed even though initial consultation was on the 18th Aug. Charged an astronomical amount for very poor service and poorly compiled affidavit once it was eventually received. Was charged R2000 for cancelling mandate as representative attorney.
