WRONG RESULTS FOR F1 4-TO-FLAG COMPETITION AND BETWAY MAINTAINS ITS CORRECT- DISGUSTING

So Betway runs an F1 4-to-flag prediction competition. After the Spain grand prix they then post the results on their website and upon checking I realise they made a mistake on the fastest lap category. I then engage customer support to highlight that they fix the error as it can prejudice winners like myself. Customer support is adamant that i provide them with a betslip ID, i repeatedly tell them that its a prediction competition and no ID is availabe. The last response i get is that i must have checked my bets before i placed them as they are final. If customer service cant understand a simple technical issue of betway making a mistake then thats utter poor service.

For spain grand prix, fastest lap was Sergio perez not Max verstappen.
