Wrong bet outcomes
I bet on the overs goal market (+1.5). The final score was 2-0. Yet my bets lost. I queried it, and was told to wait 24 hours.
Firstly, such errors should never happen. Also, why must the client wait 24 hours for the error to be rectified?
Simply not good enough.
