WORST SERVICE FROM BETWAY

I’m just drained dealing with Betway agents , I have been trying to withdraw since the 25 of May . I received inbox and sms requesting Fica documents don’t know how many times I have forwarded the documents but I still receive inbox messages to say that I should send documents. It as if they are avoiding to process my withdrawal. Live chat agents are worse everyday you call them they will tell you about 25-48 hours waiting period and tell you that they have escalated to fica team. Customer service is absolute worse they don’t care about customers the only thing that you will never go wrong on is making a deposit to their account when it comes to withdrawing winning it suddenly becomes an extreme sport. To show that they are doing this intentionally not to pay your winnings if and when you request for withdrawal to be reversed into your Betway account it is done within a hour . Really really frustrated with Betway
