Worst online betting platform EVER
I have made a deposit to Betwy for the very first time. I regret making that deposit! First consultant on live chat says pop not in the correct format and he can not assist using the reference number used. Second consultant says the reference number can be used. At the end of the conversation she says allocation will be done shortly. Almost an hour later, nothing. So, on live chat, I get back to the first consultant that refused to assist using my reference number. The moment I've sent my first message, he leaves the chat. I want my money transferred back into my account together with the banking charges for this transaction. If I can give any advice, Betway is NOT the way to go!!! Worst online betting platform EVER!
