Worse support ever

My account is restricted since the 27th of August and I don't know why. I tried getting hold of them via there live chat, that is a hopeless case. I did send them a view emails for assistance but no reply only a email that they acknowledge that they did receive my email and that is it.

This is not customer service. This ridiculous, it is almost a month later and still no reply from Betway.
