15 Jun 2023, 19:25I exhausted all betway channels from calling to chatting without any help. You asked me to email you my documents and i did that more than 6 times and i was told that they didn't receive them.

17 Jun 2023, 11:45A friend of mine refered me to Betway recommending them as the best betting sites but a day after joining them my account was locked without explaination. Until today i don't know what's going on with my account and money because I was told to send document and i sent them via *** but their agent told me they didn't receive them then i asked a friend to use her email thinking mine got a problem but still they told they didn't receive them but they will escalate the matter i must give them 24-48 hours and those hours has long passed.
I'm truly disappointed in their lack of communication and explaination on why my account has locked.
