Won't receive my withdrawal if I don't have a different device to login.

So since I made a withdrawal on Sunday, until today it hasn't processed so now they're telling me I must login in a different device that hasn't been registered on Betway for security reasons, so now my argue is where will I get a different device to login so that I can receive my withdrawal?
