Won on Betway, Account Closed without any explainatiom
Good Evening
I am writing this with a heavy heavy heart after Betway SA has closed my account with some funds that I have been trying to withdraw What hurts me the most is that I called customer care and I was informed that there is nothing wrong on their side and I should expect the funds in the next few hours and to my surprise later on that day my account was closed. Can I please get an explanation and my funds refunded before escalating this matter to the Betting Board.

I am so dissapointed with Betway, Someone called me and checked everything and I was told to send Fica Documents and I did that, and today was openned when I tried to withdraw it was closed... I waa told i waa supposed to change the paasword first and I did that and when I calles again the 2 ladies informed mw that I waa unfer review again, and they seemed not to really know what was going on... Betway SA please release my money!!!

I was yold to swnd my fica documents last week on wedensday and I did and Friday I was told to send bank statement and I did but no one has contacted me apart from am email stating that I habe been blocked... Its been over 2 weeks amd I havent receibed my moneh or a proper explaination. No one is even rwapondinh here on my query
I have lost patience regarding this matter.
Can I pls get my money back!
