Won mystery prize but they will not honour it
I was playing Eternal lady and won the gift which I clicked on but instead of opening the next page with the gift it was just a blank page. I then had another message pop up by the gift count down time which said R8000 will be deposited but nothing. I went on the chat and spoke to Tabamg who first said I did not click on the gift quick enough to which I rep**** and said I clicked on it straight away. He then told me it must have been a ****y prize and I asked him where is stated about ****y prizes. He then sends me a terms and conditions message that betway will not pay out if there is a problem with the system or they feel there is cheating. I was absolutely appalled to be told that basically I cheated. I have played for 2 years and I am highly disappointed and also the agents attitude
