Withholding Withdrawal Payments!
Day in and day out, I have had to send multiple requested for them to approve a withdrawal. I have the correct FICA documents submitted, but if you win a significant amount they deliberately take their time about a payment withdrawal. Then they feed you the monotonous line, 24 hours for withdrawal. Every other day if you win a small amount, before you can blink the money is in your account....Win a big amount and they take their time, hoping you will reverse the withdrawal and play.
I want my money!!!!!

Why do we constantly have to complain before any action is taken?
The withdrawal was made at 23:04 last night....more than adequate time to approve the withdrawal request, but no you lot deliberately leave it there hoping the player will reverse the request!!!
Pay me my money!
