Withholding withdrawal and keeping account locked

I am really getting tired of struggling with this Betway account,this is the worst service and seems like the agents are no help what so ever,on 29August I was playing and while in a game my funds disappeared to find out someone else made a Standard Bank IM withdrawal,so I think maybe it's just a glitch so deposit again and my money disappeared again R2100,when I live chat they tell me there's nothing they can do and will lock my account and I must change my password,which I did 3 times just to be safe,on 8th September,I deposit again and play and make a rather big withdrawal as I have been loosing every time,just to find out that another pending withdrawal is on my account of the 7thSeptember that I wasn't even on my account because I was struggling to log in,so someone was playing on my account again after I was reassured that is won't happen,I called them to tell them to reverse the IM withdrawal and that someone is still on my account,my account is locked since and my large withdrawal was also reversed,24 to 48 hours have come and gone,which I was told they would unlock my account in that period of time but nothing and this is truly unexceptable and to call a help contact number for music to play in your ear for more then 20minutes.
