Withdrawal taking time

I did not know bet way take 24hr just for withdrawal, I should have stayed with my Hollywood (where they transfer immediately) , betway tells me about 24 hours for me to withdraw my cash and an especially didn't even do bank transfer it is just an e-wallet, FNB e-wallet transfer I'm moving back to my hollywoodbets.
