Withdrawal SLA Breach
I write this review with great disappointment. I requested a withdrawal on Thursday 21 March 2024, today it's Monday the 25th and the money has not reflected. I have called multiple times, been given a lot of promises but Betway seems not to care. I have wasted money on airtime that no one will re-imburse trying to get the details of that withdrawal with no success. Now they are blaming the "bank" for not sending the 10 digits SMS. I would not recommended someone use their services. This is alarming and I urge customers to take this message very seriously and bet wisely with other service providers.
