Withdrawal reversed into closed betway account after self exclusion due to closed bank account apparently. My account is not closed BTW so I think they saw I self excused and decided to reject my withdraw

I didn't expect that my withdrawal will be reversed into my betway account after the process was successful and pending payment... I really want to stop gambling and I've waited since Saturday for my payout only to find out from an agent now that my money was reversed and I set a 6 month cooling off period, she said my account was closed so the money went back to my betway account but the account is active, I double checked that I sent the proper account and I did so my account is open, I wish they can help me do a manual withdraw because I need to stop gambling and I want to get my life in order but what's the chances of that happening... I honestly hope someone compassionate sees my plea and can help me get my withdrawal as I am now unable to access my account.
