Withdrawal request declining
I made a deposit via bank eft. Placed two bets on separate occasions with the whole amount I deposited. Made a withdrawal following that. Couldn't get my money reasoning being I need to wager whole amount I deposited, which I did. Even sent a screenshot from transaction summary. No one seems to assist me. I want my money back please!

- A Valid Bank Statement – Only to reflect Betway deposits of R 10000.00 All other transactions can be blocked or obfuscated.
Please email the bank statement to *** so we can effectively assist with your query.
