Withdrawal Rejected

<div>Betway keeps on rejecting my withdrawal request even after I have met the wangering requirements. On Monday I contacted the contact centre to check what is the status of my Withdrawal, and the gentleman confirmed that the documents that I submitted were reviewed successfully and I met the wangering requirements. Today I noticed that the money was refunded back to my account. I contacted the contacted centre again and ***** assisted me. He informed me that the withdrawal was rejected because I need to bet for R5200.00 inorder to meet the wangering requirements. He then investigated the matter, and informed me that I met the wangering requirements. He then escalated the matter to his manager to sort it, but I haven't heard anything till now. At approximately 20:14 today I received an SMS from Betway informing me that my withdrawal was reversed to my betway account as per my request. This is not true, I never requested a reversal, if that was the case ****** could have picked that up when I called earlier. Is this how you make money, by denying people to withdraw their money for no valid reason? I need my money, please advise me what do I need to do in order to get my money.</div>
