Withdrawal problems

withdrawals are such a hassle on betway...sad part is I have recommended the app to my friends and some of them have won but I'm afraid to tell them that they must forget their winnings.I have been submitting my fica documents and I still get request to do so. I sent an email for assistance on the support email I was referred to live chat which I started with instead my withdrawal was reversed back into the app.Yhooo ha a this is all too much...

I love the app but No their withdrawal are pleasant at all

Thank you so much to the betway Care team...they have been so helpful and it was explained to me why the money was kept on being reversed, and now I have a better understanding of how it works.
Got my payout today and I'm happy ?
