withdrawal pin
I am not gappt at all, on Monday I won 700 and cash it out. till to-date I haven't received myb10 digit withdrawal pin. I tried the on line chats on Tuesdy. I was told I will get feedback either 24 hours. would you please assist eithbthis matter

12 Mar 2023, 17:10my issue has not been resolved, I received 10 digits withdrawal pin and the access code. when I try to withdraw I get an error message saying incorrect access code. can you please have a look at this.
it has been 6 days of frustration. as a result I am even thinking of deactivating my account and tell people that betway is not good.
