Withdrawal pending

I am disappointed and disgusted at BETWAY... I did 2 EFT withdrawals and I am still waiting... this it's not fair, last month I did a standard bank withdrawal and when I went to the ATM it showed that it was already redeemed after my account got locked, I lost that R1000 this time I made the EFT withdrawal of R1100 I am not losing this one again! I want my deposit into my account please.... Betway does not give us the free games we deposit of OUR money to play so why are we getting ****** OF OUR WINNINGS...not acceptable at all
