Withdrawal of funds poor service
Extremely frustrating dealing with withdrawals on this app. I tried to withdraw my funds through EFT and Absa cash send and they keep reversing the withdrawal claiming I have to send FICA documents. I have sent the documents 3 times now and still no response!! I have been calling,sending emails, live chat for a week and they tell me it’s technical errors. Service is bad, wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.
