Withdrawal not received nor reveals not received

I made a withdrawal on the 17th of August 2023 and i haven't received my money then I sent an email and they said they will reverse the money back to my betway account so that i can play but i haven't even received that reversal

I then went to the live chat and their agent said he did a reversal for me I should wait for 24 - 48 hours for the money to reflect on my account and that was on the 25th of August up until this day I haven't received my money
