Withdrawal not received

HelloPeter.

I made a withdrawal on betway on the 24th (yesterday )@17:18 .an amount of R9000 .R1000 and R800 and I have not received it .it's been saying verifying from 6pm yesterday .

It usually takes about 3 hours for me to receive funds to my bank account . I've been calling they saying the bank rejected the transaction ,when I ask how they don't know.

Please help me get my money . My registered number is ***
