Withdrawal not paid for three weeks
I’m trying to withdraw the money I’ve won but still I’m told about fica and documents which I sent through so many times.it's been three weeks now can still cannot access my funds. I have tried to withdraw so many times, I have asked for assistance via the chats , I have called in the call centre but the issue is still not resolved
