Withdrawal issues
It's been almost a week since I made a withdrawal but it's still not processed. When I spoke to a consultants I was told to upload the 3rd party documents of the owner of the card of which I did. I uploaded the requested documents, emailed but the withdrawal is still not processed and there's no communication from Betway about it as I keep going back to chats which is not helpful as today I was told it can take up to 5 days. What happened to the 24 to 48 hours on the website and of which the other 4 consultants told me about.
