Withdrawal issues.

Have an account with them and they keep giving me the run around to release my winnings. Been in contact with them and been told I will get feedback in 24-48 hrs and nothing happens. They asked for my documents I sent them everything was approved but my money hasn't been released. Been with them for 5 /6 years I don't appreciate this treatment.
