Withdrawal issues

I have been having issues with withdrawing for the past 4 months. My money is in the account but I can not withdraw. I reached out to one of their agents Lee and he ignored me. I called no answer. I went on twittter to their official page to raise this issue. They have been promising to resolve it within 48 hours for the past 4 months. I even asked them to close the account and release my money.
