Withdrawal issue taking too long
What a terrible experience twice in a week, i did a withdrawal and its not in my account when enquiring with yhe call centre im being told its the network problem, failed at bank and even if im requesting for a reversal to their account they failing. This institution really fratrates me with all their agents who cant even listen to you but wanting you to understand the system issues. I regret the day i joined this useless insitution...
