Withdrawal issue

I've been trying to withdraw my money since last week to no vail, I tried to send them email and they did not respond, I tried their live chat, and I was told to wait for an agent, I waited for days without getting an agent to assist me and when the agent finally got back to me I was told I had to wager some certain amount in order to withdraw and I did yet I still couldn't withdraw and I was now told to verify my account and I did and send them proof, still I couldn't withdraw, I was again told my account is under standard review, even now am still waiting, I'm so disappointed with their service
