Withdrawal issue

I have been trying to withdraw money from my account since the the 14 March 2022 and every time I contact them they stall me to get matter of them not wanting to pay me or the money I have wine. To make things worse they ask u questions like u are the ******* I’m so disappointed and at some point one of their agents got mad at me over the phone and I could not understand why .
