Withdrawal impossible I want my money

I have never dealt with such an *********** company and employees like Betway.i want my money it's been over 4weeks now since I tried withdrawing my money and everytime they are telling me about documents which I've been uploading I am so tired of speaking to betway consultants telling me they escalated the matter I want my money!
