Withdrawal

I recently attempted to withdraw funds via EFT from BetWay's system. However, to my surprise, I received a Standard Bank instant message voucher instead. When I tried to use it at an ATM, the voucher was deemed invalid and already used. After contacting BetWay, they directed me to the bank, claiming they handle voucher issues. The bank informed me that BetWay had changed the PIN/Number associated with the voucher. I won R1277 on the 1st of April & I withdrew money on the 2nd at 11:52 using EFT as my transaction summary but at 11:54 it said I canceled my EFT to instant money which I never did do when I called Betway they asked if I was sharing my account with someone or borrowed a phone to log in to betway, i said no I am the only one who has access to my account. they should look at their staff members cause I didn't change my EFT withdrawal to instant money withdrawal all in a space of 2 minutes
