Withdrawal
Good day,
I withdrew money on betway the 26th March however I have still not received the funds. I have selected EFT as my payment method. Please advise what the turn around time is for payments as I see on the betway app it shows 2-5 business days for EFT payments. I would like to know or I would like to know if my money is gone now cause it's the 2nd day and I have not received my funds. Please advise accordingly

Apologies I was expecting a call this morning already as I asked for a call. However I am well aware of the amount requested as I did the first reversal myself. I do think that I would've known if I had played a R13500 out of my betway account and I would have never bothered to contact you guys with regards to this if I had played it out myself.
