Withdrawal

My account was finally unlocked a week ago, and I was able to make a successful withdrawal. However, I recently placed another betslip that went well and made another withdrawal, which has now been under verification for 48 hours.

The agents told me that I would be contacted if there was anything else I needed to upload, but it has been 48 hours with no communication or update. I’m honestly frustrated because I don’t understand why I seem to have to go through the verification process and upload my documents every time I make a withdrawal.

My account was already verified and unlocked, so I would appreciate a clear explanation of what is causing the repeated verification and an update on the status of my withdrawal. I would also like to know if there is anything else required from my side so this can be resolved.
