Withdrawal
I made a withdrawal of R7000 on the 27th of July 2024 and to date, I have not received the money.
I consulted via chat and the assistant opened a query for me. When I enquired again a week later, I was advised not to since I have a query open already.
Even today I have not received my money, can you please assist, it's been over a month
