Withdrawal
I had a very complicated withdrawal query of a big amount which obviously was a system issue where the money actually dissappeard. Long story short with the help of the betway team , Ivan, David, Siphiwe and there came Mark who resolved my query within a few hours. Thank you for being dedicated to your customers.
