Winnings not reflecting on my balance and game suddenly gives errors

I have just won and when I logged out of the game the money is not reflecting on my balance, tried to speak to the online chat agen and they are giving me the run around

How are you investigating without my details, your customer care line just rings, now it is not going through....
I have sent an email last night and still no one is attending to it now...
