Winnings not paid. and my Ticket cancelled.

I played numbers and won, my app is not showing my winnings when I call they said they have a problem I must call back tomorrow and it will be the third day, but when you loose results when you lost shows immediately I think what Betway is doing its not fair they cant confirm my winnings even though my numbers match the winning numbers. and now just check my app they have cancelled my tickets and i have a proof of those tickets when they were saying to be confirm. and normally tickets cancelled after the pay-out is made no pay-out tickets cancel now I don't know what Betway is doing to me.
