Winnings not being paid

My winnings not being credited. Call centre staff not helping all they say is they've escalated the matter days later still my winnings not paid. I spoke with Latoyah, Kholeka and lastly Lex on their chat all of them acknowledge I've won but my winnings not paid to date. I did provide my transaction ID, Bet ID, Draw ID and screenshots still nothing
