WIN NOT VALID

I am truly shocked in the manner that Betway can attend to my query with such little importance,I give and give but when its my turn to receive then there's a problem! I played on jika sports and bet on 3 horses to come 1st,2nd,and 3rd in order.I won the race, my horses came in 1st,2nd,and 3rd and then all of a sudden on my betslip it says "INVALID AUTHENTICATION TOKEN". Throughout the hole race my bet was placed as normal and as soon as the race was over and my horses won that message pops up.I have been waiting 7 days on feedback with regards to my query and everyday someone just tells me there's no feedback I must give it another 24 hours.this has been going on for several Day's now.I even placed 2 bets on that race the same bet where the 3 horses I chose came 1st,2nd,and 3rd.I think this is so unfair because they are quick to take your money but when it comes to giving back then there's problems.Now they are saying my betslip I'd is not found.I have sent screenshots and everything showing my win and betslip id on several occasions. Now they can't find anything and that's obviously because the message that saying" INVALID AUTHENTICATION TOKEN"
