What a *** verification process!

What an atrocious experience with Betway! I have uploaded my docs. I have done everything the live chat agents had asked me to do. My account has been going through standard verification for more than 2 weeks now. Everyday an agent tells me 24 to 48 hours. I am so gatvol of this ***! I have emailed, called, chatted to every single person in that office already. They keep giving me the same generic answers. Apparently everyday it's been escalated, and everyday they take you for a P@#$%! I want this resolved. I want a manager to contact me or something to respond that is human! What a horrific experience!
