*Wager and Network Issues*
Dear Betway, I'm writing to report an issue with my account. A wager was placed using my account, and I suspect network issues may have contributed to network glitches and my wager was not refunded or payed winnings - Amount +- R500 intermittent connection
I'd like this resolved ASAP. Please: 1. Investigate the wager. 2. Refund my account if the wager was unauthorized. 3. Address the network issues.
