Very disappointed

Have made an instant money payout and the pin they gave is not working when I went to withdraw my money it showed that the pin is already redeemed i been waiting the whole day for an agent on they live chat it's very frustrating and last night my r50 that had on my account also disappeared while I was playing it shows about a spribe wager which I don't know what it is and I also waited for long time for agent that didn't assist and I'm very disappointed in betway
