Vanishing or unallocated deposits

I have never experienced such poor service . I deposited money into my Betway account on a sunday as it is to deposit sunday and bet on matches throughout the week. However it is a week later and after numerous chats and complaints later I still 6 days later still don't have my deposit or any real explanation. I think it is important that Betway better works with customers this has been frustrating
