Utter and complete nonsense!

I made a withdrawal on the 2nd of November 2026 and it's still now processed. I have enquired and everytime it says to give it another 12 hours for processing. This is ridiculous because what's taking so long? The live chat is useless because you wait hours for an agent to assist.
